Every time someone click on this link you get credited. Finally you can purchase hits to your website or to banner and/or text link impressions that are shown on other websites.

Question: How soon will I receive visitors to my site?

Answer: For every website you view you earn credits to your account. These credits can then be allocated to your website. How soon your your credits will be used to send visitors to your website depends on the traffic exchange. Some deliver fairly rapidly, others are slower. Some traffic exchanges allow you to decide how fast your credits are used, you can set how many visitors per day for example.
